Pole has spent over a decade building unusually long, unusually slack mountain bikes out of a factory in Jyväskylä, Finland. Their latest — and, for 2026, their only — model is the Hiisi Bespoke.
Rather than splitting the range into trail, enduro and downhill bikes, Pole have built a single platform with twelve possible configurations. Rear travel runs from 152 to 200mm, matched with one of three wheel setups: full 29", mullet, or a mixed-wheel configuration aimed at enduro use. Geometry, component spec and fit are dialled in during a one-to-one consultation with the customer — rather further than most brands go with the word "bespoke".
The frame is unusual too. Each structural component is CNC-machined from solid aluminium at Pole's own factory, then joined using a patented bonding and mechanical-fastening method the company developed in-house back in 2017. It's a slower, more expensive process than the welded alloy or moulded carbon most of the industry relies on, which is part of why Pole only builds fifty of these a year.
Every Hiisi for 2026 is electric. There's no analog version this time round.
This is the launch film. No voiceover, no graphics, no spec sheet flashing up on screen — just the bike on trail. Full geometry and configuration at polebicycles.com/hiisi
Pyöräilykypärään kuuluu iskun energiaa vaimentavia osia, sekä kiinnitysjärjestelmä, joka pitää kypärän päässä törmäystilanteessa. Eurooppalainen CE hyväksynnän standardi pyöräilykypärille on EN 1078, jonka mukaisia törmäystestejä pääsin seuraamaan.

Due to weather conditions and with riders as our first priority, the Red Bull Hardline Tasmania Final has been cancelled. The seeding results from Saturday February 7th are now the official race results. Asa Vermette put down an absolute heater of a run in seeding, hop on and enjoy!

This is Neil Campbell's custom-built bike, engineered with one goal in mind: to break the land speed world record and become the first bicycle to surpass 200mph. From its MASSIVE 90-tooth carbon chainring and dual-chain drivetrain to its motorbike forks and tyres, the engineering is unlike anything you've ever seen. We also take a look at the battle scars the bike still wears from a previous 175mph crash!

Nine Riders. One Airplane. A World First.
Nine riders from Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe just made history, becoming the first cyclists to tow a plane into flight using pure human power.
The team hit 54km/h and averaged 650 watts over a 90-second all-out effort to launch pilot Andy Hediger and his airplane into the sky.
Engineering mastermind Dan Bigham guided the operation as the riders stayed locked together in a specially designed harness, holding a perfectly straight line while delivering maximum power. The challenge? Balancing the forces between all nine cyclists to keep the group unified during the intense effort.
A groundbreaking moment where cycling meets aviation—powered entirely by human effort.

Watch the SONIC Dave Mirra BMX Park Best Trick top highlights from X Games Salt Lake City 2025 Presented by SONIC!
Park Best Trick is a BMX discipline held on a park course, which features a variety of obstacles such as ramps, bowls and quarterpipes. Riders use one of these obstacles to perform their single most difficult trick, and judges score the trick based on difficulty, originality (never-been-done tricks are handsomely rewarded), amplitude and style.

Watch the full BMX Street competition from X Games Salt Lake City 2025 Presented by SONIC! BMX street contests approximate the most common form of urban BMX riding, utilizing obstacles common to city settings – like handrails, stairs, ledges, benches and outdoor tables – on a purpose-built course. Competitors do an assortment of grinds, tailwhips, rotations, gap-to-obstacle tricks and more on the course, often combining multiple maneuvers into a single trick. BMX street requires a high level of creativity, adaptability and technical skill, as riders must navigate the urban landscape and perform tricks with precision and control. In competitions, judges evaluate the difficulty, execution and originality of tricks.
