^No ei, mut periaatteessa mä en tykkää siitä että mua syytetään toisten vetkuttelusta. Mutku ne on tärkeitä ja kiireisiä. Pitäs varmaa itekki ruveta. -
Salilla jumppaaminen ehkä aktivoi eri lihaksia kuin se työnteko kun liikkeet voi olla ihan erilaisia, vähän sama kun metsässä kävelyä suositellaan koska se aktivoi eri lihaksia kuin tiellä kävely. -

Joo kyllä. Tänään taas yritettiin koko päivä tavoitella tärkeitä ja kiireisiä ihmisiä, omat hommat seisoi. Kolmea ihmistä tavoittelin klo 12 alkaen, yksi vastasi 15.58 työpäivän loppuessa klo 16. Tänään oli yhden homman deadline... Onkohan mitään duunia, missä ei tarvisi tehdä kenenkään kanssa mitään yhteistyötä? Eikä nähdä ihmisiä tai kommunikoida kenenkään kanssa.
